Jaroslav Sýkora, M.A., is a doctoral student in occupational psychology at the Faculty of Social Studies at MU. His doctoral project continues his thesis on recovery and the use of technology for work outside of working hours. He is investigating factors that facilitate recovery. He also works as a career counselor at the MU Career Center and freelances as an occupational psychologist, coach, and lecturer.
