Janek Marčan is a Ph.D. student of Media and Journalism Studies at the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University. Main focus of his doctoral thesis, under the supervision of Lenka Dědková, is on technoference/phubbing or using devices such as smartphones, during an interaction with other people.
